Utility Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Utility Business Development Manager to lead the development and growth of Huawei's Utility business in Germany, focusing on Utility-scale PV and ESS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic key account management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in large-scale project design and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Renewable Energy is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Utility-scale PV/Energy storage sales and solution environment
• Deep knowledge of German grid codes (VDE-AR-N 4110/4120) and large-scale project design is a plus
• Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and navigating complex decision-making processes
• Fluent in German and English is a must
