Project Manager, Facilities Senior

HealthPartners is hiring a Facilities Project Manager Senior to oversee high complexity projects and mentor Project Coordinators and Project Managers. The role involves planning, coordinating, and leading project activities from concept to closeout, as well as capital budget planning and special project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, Interior design/Architecture or 7+ years of equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong organizational skills, scheduling, time management, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, troubleshooting, collaboration, mentorship, budget development and management
• Familiarity and compliance with matters of law, regulations and building code issues
• Certification in CAPM, PMP, or CHC is desirable
