HealthPartners is hiring a Value Based Care Data Analyst to drive adoption and use of data and analytic services and products, and to build scalable solutions to extract knowledge from data.

Requirements

• Champion and model HealthPartners' values of partnership, curiosity, compassion, integrity, and excellence.
• Partner with domain experts, business groups, and data engineers to frame problems and determine the best way to leverage data in service of a goal.
• Create, deploy, monitor, and maintain highly interactive data visualizations.
• Participate in strategic measurement activities, including ROI analyses, KPI development, risk assessment, and domain-specific measurements.
