Role Overview

Huff Insurance is an insurance agency located in Pasadena, MD, with over 64 years of serving families and businesses in Maryland. We are a young, vibrant agency that is growing, and we have an opportunity for a new Customer Service Representative that wants to be on a career path.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will establish and build relationships with internal and external customers and insurance carriers via phone and email, correspond and maintain contact with advisors regarding new and renewal business, and perform quality control on all new business and document in the account management system.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty licensed preferred BUT not required
• One year of commercial lines insurance experienced preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detailed-oriented
