Member Contact Specialist will provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to members via phone, help resolve member inquiries, and refer members to the appropriate departments when needed.
Requirements
- Six months of similar or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital workflow
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
