Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

Maintenance Technician will ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements. Troubleshoots malfunctions and maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.

What You Will Do

Locate sources of problems, adjust or replace defective parts, fabricate repair parts, and prepare mechanical maintenance reports. Maintain a safe and clean working environment and work safely.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires three years of experience with industrial troubleshooting, programming, and repairing. Must be able to read, learn, understand, and consistently apply all policies, procedures including safety.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Associate's degree and/or certifications in related field (preferred)
• Three years of experience with industrial troubleshooting, programming, and repairing
• Ability to read, learn, understand, and consistently apply all policies, procedures including safety
• Ability to do mathematical calculations
• Strong understanding of industrial safety
• Ability to communicate verbally and written effectively
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to operate a forklift truck
