Inspector

Role Overview

The Inspector will ensure that pipe, fittings, flanges, and valves meet customer requirements. They will be responsible for quality assurance, measuring critical dimensions, and inspecting parts.

What You Will Do

The Inspector will perform quality assurance, measure critical dimensions, assess and inspect parts, and read OEM part supplements. They will also read diagnostic graphs, enter data, and analyze reports.

Requirements

• HS Education or GED Equivalent
• Previous Quality Assurance and Warehousing experience
• Knowledge of company quality procedures
• Knowledge of valve testing standards
• Knowledge of ASME and National Board standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Recognize major valve, pipe, fitting and flange types and configurations
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Safety and Quality-minded
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Google
• Warehouse equipment knowledge
• Clear driving record
• Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening
