
Job description
Provide technical assistance and resolutions for computer hardware and software, telephone hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technical tools and products.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with networks and computer systems, diagnose system errors, and train staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
Requires strong customer service skills, leadership and people management skills, and Microsoft Certification MS-900 or equivalent certification.
