
Job description
Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact. Respond to individual guest needs as they occur. Prepare menu items as ordered.
Prepare menu items, ensure quality and presentation, respond to guest requests and complaints, and maintain health and safety standards.
Knowledge of English, hotel departments, and functions, good mathematical and computer skills, ability to actively listen and lift 50 pounds.
