The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, with a track record of managing complex or strategic accounts. Native or near-native French and strong professional communication skills in English are required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within B2B SaaS
• Native or near-native French (C2.2) with strong professional communication skills in English (C1+)
• Ability to translate product and technical topics into clear business value, and connect them to partner outcomes
