We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (Implementation Consultant) to work with a management consulting firm in the Philippines. The role involves implementing customer requirements using configuration tools and providing expertise and advice to customers. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Requirements
- A thorough understanding of the full software development project lifecycle
- Experience within a business analyst or technical business analyst role
- Experience in general insurance relating to policy and or claims functions
- Experience in creating a range of documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and technical specifications
- Commercial experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience working with and configuring large and/or complex software packages
- An understanding of relational databases
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in having difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A company approach to your work
- Degree qualified or equivalent commercial experience
- Configuration, scripting, and logic experience
