Job description
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians at all levels: I, II, and III. The Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing, performing tasks such as repairing air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, as well as making units ready for occupancy. This role requires a team player who can work outdoors in all weather conditions and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
