Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I provides general maintenance to rental housing and is responsible for checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in various areas, including air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. The position requires excellent customer service and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift weights up to 50 pounds regularly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years experience in building maintenance
• General knowledge of the maintenance trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality
• Driver's License, Valid and in State
