Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in various areas, such as air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) with advanced training resulting in a certification
• 4-6 years Five or more years' experience in residential maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance and have specialized knowledge in one or more of the following trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, or locksmith
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally
• Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position
• Basic Computer knowledge
• DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
• EPA 608 Certification within 180 Days Required
