Contract Recruiter

Hunter Recruitment Advisors is seeking a Contract Recruiter to handle the full recruiting process for open roles, sourcing, screening, and helping close offers.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years recruiting in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in‐house.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills; organized and reliable.
• Comfort using ATS and recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and simple reports.
