As a Training Officer at HVO, you will play an integral role in the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of training and competency programs across site. You will work closely with leaders and employees to build workforce capability, drive compliance, and contribute to a strong learning and safety culture at HVO.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
- Demonstrated experience in a Training Officer, Trainer and Assessor, or similar role within an industrial, mining, or heavy industry environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High levels of computer literacy and experience using learning management systems, training databases, and Microsoft Office applications
