PBX Operator Mon-Fri, 7p-11p

Under general supervision, the PBX Operator controls the telephone communications console, answers and routes calls, and performs various clerical functions.

Requirements

• Receives and screens telephone calls
• Pages individuals using either the overhead speakers or portable pagers
• Maintains current list of in-house patients and transfers calls accordingly
