Job description
The NOC Lead is the senior operational authority within our Network Operations Center. This is a hands-on, working leadership role where you will operate 'on the tools' alongside a NOC Engineer, own incident management, and build operational processes from the ground up.
Incident Management: Own all P1/P2 incidents from detection to resolution. Maintain operational status across 8 remote sites, act as primary escalation for ISPs, and ensure Starlink tertiary backup readiness.
5+ years in network operations, NOC, or infrastructure engineering. Proven Incident Leadership, technical stack experience with FortiGate firewalls, Cisco Nexus/ProCurve switching, WAN circuits, OpenVPN, and full monitoring stacks.
