Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- A resilient, 'hunter' mentality with a disciplined approach to daily activity metrics
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening skills and the ability to pivot conversations based on prospect needs
- Previous experience in an outbound sales or lead generation role
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Experience selling into diverse geographic markets across Latin America or Spain
