Business Development Representative

We are seeking a bilingual Business Development Representative to serve as the engine of our sales pipeline, connecting with potential clients in English and Spanish-speaking markets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• A resilient, 'hunter' mentality with a disciplined approach to daily activity metrics
• Previous experience in an outbound sales or lead generation role
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
• Experience selling into diverse geographic markets across Latin America or Spain
