We are hiring a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in IT or SaaS sales to join a high-performing outbound team. The role is focused on prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers in French-speaking regions.

Requirements

• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in French and English
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within target industries and regions
• Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Personalize outreach strategies based on regional market insights and buyer personas
• Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
• Track performance metrics and consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning in French-speaking regions
