We are looking for a versatile GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical product capabilities and our ambitious revenue goals. In this role, you will be the architectural backbone of the sales process, ensuring that our technology solves real-world business problems for our customers.
Requirements
- Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Build custom integrations, scripts, and demos that showcase the unique value proposition of the product to prospective clients.
- Act as the 'voice of the customer' for the product team, translating field feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap items.
- Develop technical sales collateral, including documentation, best practices guides, and modular code snippets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical hurdles during the pre-sales and onboarding phases to ensure a seamless customer transition.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to position our technology effectively against market alternatives.
