Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a remote sales opportunity. The ideal candidate is driven, results-oriented, and has 3+ years of experience in Sales Development.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads for the sales pipeline
- Book meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach efforts
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Experience working remotely or with international teams is a plus
