We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced B2B sales team, conducting high-volume outbound prospecting activities, identifying and engaging decision-makers, and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including 70+ cold calls daily
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target B2B companies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on client criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and sales teams
- Manage and maintain CRM records with accurate prospect information and activity tracking
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generation
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and messaging
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach efforts when necessary
