As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients within the chemical engineering and industrial sectors through outbound outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience selling into engineering, manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or technical industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate value propositions clearly.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical fields is a strong advantage but not required.
