Requirements
- Background in software, automation, or AI system management
- Technical proficiency with tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and the principles of effective prompt design
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to organize multiple workstreams
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional, confident, and clear speaking presence
- Ability to work comfortably within EST business hours
- A "solution-oriented" mindset with the technical literacy to discuss AI architecture with both developers and clients
- Previous experience in an agency environment or a high-growth startup
- Advanced experience with API integrations and webhooks
- Familiarity with CRM architecture and lead lifecycle management
