Job Description
We're hiring a Remote Operations / Technical Project Manager (AI Systems) to oversee client operations, manage AI-driven workflows, and ensure seamless deployment of automation systems.
Requirements
- Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes
- Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Claude
- Lead client onboarding, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable workflows
- Manage client communication, feedback loops, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutions
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
