Campus Handwerk, located in Cologne, seeks two dedicated leaders to develop their educational work strategically, professionally, economically, and personnel-wise. The role focuses on managing the Butzweilerhof location with a focus on vocational training and continuing education in crafts, particularly inter-company apprentice instruction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, technical field, or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in educational institutions or similar organizations
• Strong leadership and control skills with economic thinking
• Very good knowledge of the education market, especially vocational and adult education
• Business acumen and experience in grant management
• Confident handling of relevant legal basics (e.g., HwO, BBiG, SGB, award order, ISO)
• Strategic thinking, communication skills, customer orientation, and willingness to innovate
• High commitment and passion for education
