Job Description
The Outreach Worker will assist with implementing and evaluating Outreach Services, focusing on substance abuse prevention and harm reduction. This role involves outreach to IDUs and substance use engagement individuals, providing education on HIV/Hepatitis C, sexually transmitted infections, PrEP, and accessing treatment services. Data collection, communication, and report preparation are key components.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree plus two years experience in HIV/AIDS or related field
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications
- Access to a currently registered car and valid driver's license
