Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead day to day food and beverage functions while supporting event execution. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of Hospitality Management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale or banquet setting
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, event management software)
