The Assistant Manager - Stewarding ensures minimum brand standards are implemented and works closely with other departments to achieve the hotel's success and guest satisfaction. This role is hands-on and requires establishing and controlling inventories, conducting inventory checks, and controlling the use of operating equipment and supplies.
