About the role

The Hyatt Place Experience: create a rewarding experience for guests through attentive service and high standards of excellence.

Requirements

Previous guest service experience
Ability to communicate well with guests
Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Strong command of the English language
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking ability
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
