Requirements

• Refined communication skills
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Thorough beverage knowledge and a desire to always stay current with cocktail curation knowledge and innovation beyond basics
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in spring/summer conditions
• Food Handlers and TABC Certifications required
• Ability to work flexible schedules that include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Luxury/Upscale boutique hotel/resort experience is preferred
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
