Hydro Ottawa is looking for a Service Desk Agent to administer service connections, upgrades, and removals, and provide support to customers and crews.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma
• Post-secondary courses or experience in a related field
• Experience in a regulated utility environment
• English essential, both oral and written
• Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
