Solution Engineer

Role Overview

Hyland is looking for a skilled and collaborative Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional solutions to business stakeholders by translating business process requirements into technical solutions through design, implementation, testing, and training.

What You Will Do

Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders; test business solutions and ensure performance is as designed; document solutions to allow the support team to effectively assist business customers and ensure easy ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience configuring and implementing technical solutions
• Experience with assigned business applications
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good collaboration skills
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Apex, or Python
• Good knowledge of business analysis and documenting functional requirements
