Job Description
The Client Service Manager will support the sales and service team with client communication initiatives, presentations, and implementations. They will drive retention goals by proactively addressing client needs, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and leading employee benefits strategy. The role requires excellent service and communication skills, with a focus on responsiveness and organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- Driven by prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to clients.
- 3+ years’ experience in Employee benefits (Mid-Large Group Market).
- Life and Health insurance license in good standing.
- Understanding and adoption of Hylant Tools & Processes.
- Strong self-directed team player.
- Problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
