We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead to oversee technical execution across our incubator’s diverse crypto portfolio, managing engineers and collaborating with the Technical Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering
• 4+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role
• Strong blockchain experience (e.g., smart contracts, DeFi, wallet development)
• Prior work in fintech, banking, insurtech, AI, or high-throughput systems
