Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Business Development to lead and drive the growth of their insurance services through strategic channel development and brokerage partnerships.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic distribution partners
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team
- Drive commercial negotiations, partnership models, and contractual arrangements
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data
- Represent the company at industry events, broker forums, and external partner engagements
