Job Description
We are seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of experiential marketing campaigns across Europe. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing and a proven track record in premium automotive and luxury retail environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, events, or customer experience with multi-market delivery.
- Proven track record in premium automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or high-end retail environments.
- Strong expertise in event design and production, project management, agency leadership, and budget ownership.
- Solid understanding of premium brand standards, European market dynamics, retail experience design, and GDPR-compliant data capture.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand lift, NPS, conversion, and ROI.
- Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus.
