Design and control of recruiting processes, conducting active and target group-oriented approaches via various recruiting channels, pre-selection of candidates through qualified telephone interviews, and creation of convincing candidate profiles.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, psychology, humanities, or social sciences, with a focus on personnel. They will also have practical experience in recruiting and active sourcing, as well as excellent communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people.
