
Job description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for various roles, working closely with hiring managers and the talent team to identify, attract, and hire technical and non-technical talent. This role has high visibility within the organization and is a vital team player in the overall success and growth of the company.
Strategic partnership and consulting, innovative sourcing and execution, operational excellence, and data-driven insights. This includes designing and implementing aggressive sourcing and advertising strategies, building deep relationships with internal talent, and leveraging ATS and people analytics to track applicant flow.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting, experience in the security industry, and expertise in non-standard recruiting methods. They will be a self-motivated team player with strong presentation and communication skills, and a high proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
