Requirements
- Operate mill and processing equipment safely and reliably, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Follow required procedures, including pre-operational checks, lock-out/tag-out, and safe start-up and shutdown of equipment.
- Monitor equipment and process conditions, identify faults or inefficiencies, and troubleshoot or report deficiencies as required.
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards and promptly identify maintenance or operational issues within assigned areas.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a production-driven environment.
- Pursue operational excellence by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to continuous learning and skill development.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shift deliverables, resolve problems, and manage risk related to throughput, quality, sustainability, time, and cost.
- Communicate clearly through logs, reports, and direct handover, while supporting training, mentoring, and an inclusive team environment.
