Job description
We are looking for experienced Technical Business Analysts to join our Customer Business Centre of Excellence, playing a key role in shaping and improving the technology that underpins our customer operations. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focused on delivering high-impact solutions that enhance system performance, reliability and customer experience across critical platforms.
You will translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions, working across the full delivery lifecycle from early analysis and solution design through to implementation and continuous improvement. This includes driving system enhancements, technical upgrades and cloud-based initiatives, with exposure to platforms such as SAP and telecoms technologies.
We are looking for individuals with proven experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role within complex IT environments. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise way. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
