
Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of non-exempt work group, including work assignment and attendance monitoring.
Manage team leaders and representatives, maintain productivity and service level goals, monitor and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues, and provide subject matter expertise.
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive results and motivate others.
