
Job description
This dynamic position combines people, performance and project management to enable operational excellence. The Business Operations Manager will lead and develop a team, drive critical projects and initiatives forward and partner with leaders across the organization to support Business Operations’ objectives and key results.
Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop our Business Operations team, who are responsible for managing setup, QA, launch and supporting sales and account management activities across all verticals in both managed and self-service capacities.
4-6 years of experience with people management experience strongly preferred, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, ability to execute projects with minimal oversight, detail-oriented and organized, ability to motivate a team, strong ability to demonstrate resilience and adapt to change, track record of creating scalable process improvements, good communication skills, including written and verbal.
