IT Project Manager - Cutover

Role Overview

Lead planning and execution of cutover activities for IT deployments, coordinating with product teams, project managers, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain Deployment Toolkits and track deployment status. Collaborate with partners to align software release schedules and system readiness.

What You Will Do

Lead planning and execution of cutover activities, develop Deployment Toolkits, track deployment status, coordinate with partners, and provide on-site and/or remote support for cutover events.

6+ years of experience leading or supporting large-scale IT system deployments, excellent communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with project tracking tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience leading or supporting large-scale IT system deployments
• Experience coordinating enterprise software cutovers
• Familiarity with EHR systems, deployment methodologies, and clinical/technical stakeholder coordination
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with project tracking tools, such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel
