This role supports firmwide financial planning with a focus on expense management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The FP&A Associate will partner with global business leads and finance stakeholders to strengthen cost visibility and drive disciplined spend decisions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Controllership, or Accounting experience
- Demonstrated ownership of operating expense management (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Familiarity with Private Market Investments (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Structured Investments) is a plus
- Ability to partner with business and department leads on performance and expense management
- Treasury operations, including cash forecasting experience
- Advanced degree and/or credentials desired, such as MBA, CPA, CFA
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, planning, quantitative modeling and problem-solving skills
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Ability to manage large sets of data and implement checks and balances
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented with big picture capability
