Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our Supply Chain team supporting our Minnesota Precision Machining Division. This role is critical to ensuring supply continuity, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and managing supplier performance during a period of rapid growth and operational complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting precision machining, semiconductor equipment, or Aerospace & Defense supply chains strongly preferred
• Experience with AS9100 or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
