Process Technician

Role Overview

Carolina Poly, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to work in our Manufacturing Process Department. The Process Technician is responsible for process verification, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of manufacturing related equipment / tools.

What You Will Do

Monitor downtime, provide feedback to management, monitor scrap rates, and build relationships with production to resolve ongoing issues. Ensure parameters are being followed daily, verify operator knowledge, and work with maintenance to set equipment to corporate standard.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years' experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• 1-3 years' experience in setting up production machines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate
