
Job description
The Senior Program Manager leads moderate to complex programs with a high degree of independence, setting overall program direction and ensuring successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes. This role applies strong program management, data analysis, and reporting skills to develop insights, manage budgets, track performance, and address variances.
Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals. Works independently on most issues. Provides direction on overall program plan and goals. Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and approximately six years of related experience are required. Experience with surveys, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives is highly valued, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and guide teams in a regulated environment.
